Despre spuma poliuretanica
Spray polyurethane foam has been used as hydroinsulating system in civil and industrial buildings for over 45 years.
Along these years, the spray polyurethane foam has been yield to accreditation or individual tests and proved to be resistant over time. With low costs and rapid applicability, polyurethane foam is resistant to compression (pedestrian traffic, for example) and manages to perfectly seal, hydro, thermo and phonic, the surface on which it was applied.
The surface to be used can be of any kind and any material, because the polyurethane foam has very high adherence.
It is spray on the surface (roofs, buildings, terraces etc) as a liquid under pressure which allows it to fill in the gaps of the surface. Further, this liquid expands, forming a continuous and very stable structure.
Polyurethane foam advantages:
Polyurethane foam presents many advantages toward the classic hydroinsulating systems.
The most important advantages are: application without lures, it takes the shape of the surface and flexibility.
At the classic systems, the existence of the lures, carvings and rigidity makes the infiltration of water in the substrate possible.
Sealing with polyurea
After the expanding of the polyurethane foam, a protective and sealing layer of polyurea is applied. This layer can be of any color, doesn’t react with the foam in time, hardens instantly and may be walked (circulated) on. Light colors (white, silver) reject sun-light and heat, assuring a better thermoisolation.
Savings, Quality, Guarantee
• This hydroinsulating system reaches maturity in 5 days.
• Has enough elongation to successfully manage the differences in temperature (day and night) and the differences between seasons.
• It is a system of closed cells – this makes it impermeable 100%.
• Guarantee of the product: 30 years.
• It reduces the costs for energy with 30-50%, because it is a great thermoinsulating system, too.
• The liquidation of this system is done in less than 5 years.
